Our minimum rental term is one month and you can stay as long as you like.
What days / times can we enter the storage facility?
Tenants have access to the storage facility 24/7.
What are the upfront costs?
We require two months’ rent paid upfront. The first month is your first month’s rent and the second month is your security deposit / bond.
Does the storage facility offer contents insurance?
It is the tenant’s responsibility to arrange their own contents insurance for the items they have in storage. Speak to your insurance company regarding this.
